Global Podcast star host Joe Rogan affirmed through a tweet that he endorses Donald Trump for the United States president 2024 Elections. In the tweet on X, he made it clear he agrees with Elon Musk’s sentiments on his three-hour podcast and is with him “every step of the way.” He solidified his stance at the end, stating, “For the record, yes, that’s an endorsement of Trump.”
Rogan made the endorsement statement and attached his more than two-hour interview to his podcast (The Joe Rogan Experience), which went live on Monday afternoon.
Trump will face Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris in the November 5th U.S. election. According to the polls, it will be one of the most tightly contested races for the White House.
Joe Rogan, a big name in martial arts sports and recently one of the biggest podcasters worldwide, has a huge following worldwide, not just in the United States.
While many people follow his podcast to stay current with current events in the U.S. and globally, most of his listeners respect and agree with his sentiments.
Joe Rogan Has a Huge Following, Mostly Male
That’s mostly due to his hosting techniques, which normally involve asking his interviewees difficult questions regardless of their identity. This has earned him much respect, and his following has made his show one of the most credible platforms for world news.
Joe Rogan currently has 18.5 million subscribers on his YouTube channel (as of the publishing of this post), 14.5 million followers on Spotify, and 19 million followers on Instagram.
The U.S. presidential candidate also appeared on Joe Rogan’s podcast on October 25th for a close to three-hour session. According to the host, he also wanted to interview Kamala Harris and hold talks with her campaign team, but he was unable to get a sitdown with the candidate at his studios.
According to stats, most Joe Rogan listeners are male (81%), and about 56% are under 35. Reuters reported that this demographic tends to have a strong following for Trump over Kamala.
Trump Announced Joe Rogan’s Endorsement Minutes After Tweet Went Live
Trump and Harris have courted U.S. voters through podcasts, appearances, conventional rallies, and media interviews.
Trump announced Joe Rogan’s endorsement during his rally at Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, shortly after Joe Rogan had posted his tweet on X affirming his endorsement.
“He is not a person that does endorsements, but he did an endorsement,” Trump said at the Pittsburg rally.
In 2022, Joe Rogan described current U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump as threatening democracy and even refused to host him on his show, Newsweek reported.
However, during their interview last month, the mood was calm and friendly—and at one point, they even exchanged notes on their shared interest in the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) and mutual friends.
Rogan and Trump Discussions: North Korea, Mistakes, Extraterrestrial Life
During the Podcast with Joe Rogan, Trump discussed many things, the most prominent of which was his ‘biggest mistake’ during his presidency.
He told Rogan that he might have picked a few people on his team who did not deserve to be with him, and some of them included his White House chief-of-staff, John Kelly, whom he described as a bully and weak.
Other people named included his former US National Security Adviser, John Bolton.
The other prominent topic during his interview on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast was his relationship with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, in which he disclosed that he got to know him “very well” during their interactions.
Trump also told Joe Rogan that Russia would have never invaded Ukraine if he were the president of the United States of America.
Also, the Trump and Joe Rogan interview wouldn’t have been complete without discussing extraterrestrial life. He said there was no reason to think that all these planets around us do not have life.
The great and powerful @elonmusk.
If it wasn't for him we'd be fucked. He makes what I think is the most compelling case for Trump you'll hear, and I agree with him every step of the way.
For the record, yes, that's an endorsement of Trump.
